Riding the crest of the world is what this ride is about. The Divide Peak Road trail starts at the Toro saddle point by the top of Romero Canyon and heads east along the crest of the Los Padres mountains with views of the Pacific Ocean all the way. Just enough climbing to make it aerobically interesting. DIRECTIONS: From Highway 101 north, exit Las Positas exit and head up the hill to Foothill, Mountain Drive and Gibralter Roads. Turn RIGHT at Camino Cielo Rd. and drive around 6.7 miles to the "saddle" and park opposite a gate. The road turn to dirt from here. Adventure Pass is needed for parking.

Partly cloudy & cool but a stunning ride nevertheless.
