This is that epic California classic that everyone must do. It is a shuttle ride, mostly downhill (as the name implies) taking the Butcher Ranch singletrack. The rushing water follows you throughout the ride and scenic views you will not find anywhere. DIRECTIONS: From Route 80 exit at Highway 49. Take it until Downieville where you will see signs for free parking. The shuttle is located in town.
