1 of 3 "Competitive Tracks" @ McDowell Mtn. Park near Fountain Hills east of Phoenix...INSANELY great fun...this ia a MUST ride. All 3 tracks were made for and by "us," and it shows (thanks Maricopa County Parks and Rec.) THESE tracks even have a BIKE WASH AREA! You are allowed to go as fast as you can pedal here (do be respectful though, and a crash into the wrong cactus could land you in the ER w/ or w/out the cactus attached to you)...try the Pemberton loops just up the road as well...

Fun quick loop. It was a bit slower in the dark but this is still my favorite of the small loops at MMP. 2nd ride of the day. So not bad after driving from San Diego.
