S1. Good ride with Matt. Motorway was in excellent condition. Ran into Dan and Mike + 1 on the way up to 4 Corners. All in all a very good ride. Just a little chilly and wet. Merry Christmas to all assuming I don't ride tomorrow. | |

Nice long ride. Cool and cloudy in the canyons and hot on the climbs. Legs still are not up to full strength after getting sick. | |

really tough ride this morning for me anyway ? felt good at times and had some good aerobic sessions with chaos but had some cramps when we took breaks and had a hard time keeping up with him and his ss mary ! still finished feeling good and had a great time !! hot hot hot thanks steven no hrm | |
