Making a classic Jerusalem Corridor ride just a bit longer, this ride starts the Burma Road jeep trail from the village of Neve Shalom. It follows the black Nature Society trail to the red signed Burma Road Jeep Trail and climbs. This is followed by a steep and rocky descent back down the corridor and meanders along the valley of the Eshtaol Forest. DIRECTIONS: From Highway 1 take the at Latrun exit (Highway 3) for about 3 minutes to the turnoff for Neve Shalom. Turn left and follow the road for about 4 minutes as it climbs into the village and where a well-marked parking lot awaits you right past the entrance gate.

A night ride with 4 was cool and pleasant. Climbed Kisalon Valley on the northside, descended the Mishlat Trail for a speedy descent.
Very humid but great riding with a group of 6. Made a few alterations including a superb smooth singletrack in the Eshtaol Forest.
Chilly ride but sunny and fun with the 8 who rode. Insteaed of just returning, group took a detour heading to Kisalon's northern route, then a wide loop into Eshtaol Forest before rejoining the original route.
With the forecast set for scorching, the group of 5 opted for a cooler night ride. Avoided the boulder-strewn segment for obvious reasons.
Huge turnout (17) for a fun ride on a humid day.
