100% Night ride. Tough climb as always. This ride is my gauge to asses my physical condition. I hate it but i love it. Rode from 8:00 pm to midnight.
Daytime ascent, night time descent. Very foggy at the peak with strong chilling winds. Coal Canyon Trail and Leonard Road have been graded to a nice smooth path in its entirety.
Night ride. 70F at the peak at 10 pm. It was very hard to get to the top in my current shape. One month ago I could not walk. Three weeks ago I was walking with a cane. I thought I would never be able to ride again.
Night time ascent. Sunrise when arriving to Sierra Peak. Daylight descent.
Daylight ascent, night time descent.
I wasn't feeling it today. First time I had felt that much pain and weakness. I finish my desired route because I applied the "Mind Over Matter" mentality. I hope this doesn't happen again.
Daylight ascent. Nighttime descent. Felt strong tonight. Good ride!
