rode from the red tee's today. strong winds at times, but overall a very nice day. very good conversation, & of course cold beverages followed up the ride. good to see lot's of smiling familiar faces at cooks. good ride for an even better cause

Small group ride today in the hot sun. Bunch of groups today riding this same route. Our group was strong and endured the heat and the ride. Saw a big irritated rattlesnake that wanted to hang out on the trail. I like the route better from last year, but the jungle is gone. Started the Garmin about 8 miles into the ride. Amazing how much easier this ride is a year later. Great ride, fun times!
