Here is an exhilarating loop from chaparral to high mountain forests of pine and cedar with plenty of good views of Silverwood Lake. Start on the bike path of the recreation area and head up Cleghorn Rd. which is paved at first and then changes to dirt. The ride offers constantly changing views of Silverwood Lake. The final descent on 2N45 & 2N59 is rocky so take it slow. DIRECTIONS: Exit I-15 at Highway 138 east toward Silverwood Lake. Pay the parking fee and park in Lot #1.
