tons o' 1 track broken up by wider sections...and sections of overgrown/neglected trail...fun nonetheless...needs a few minor modifications, but this will get you from A to B, and back to A again.

05/02/10 As usual, the boyz kicked my ass, but I still had a good time, and they're good sports for letting me tag along. This ride had its ups and downs (literally and figuratively). Honestly, I could have done without the weedwhacking/lawnmowing interludes, and some of the climbs were a little skinny/steep for my blood... But there were a lot of long sections of high-quality singletrack that made it all worthwhile. I'd call this one a gem in the rough, for sure.
