Made it to top of Sullivan in 32:10, quick rest at top of hub and down. Solo ride- pushed it pretty hard.
Tough to find the J-Drop section off of the trail, pay more attention next time!
Very hard pushing in the mud looks almost like new parts got created after the storm, jdrop in great shape and takes u deeper and faster. Watch out for the tree on the backbone the trail is blocked and u need to crawl under ram into it thinking it's just loose branches.
All doable 2 dabs on j drop, is the most technical in the area hectic looks like a fire rd compared. Glad I got my enduro on descends killed me on the way back though.
Back on the bike 5 months later...perfect way to kick off the holiday.
This ride is not for the faint of heart. The average time of "3 hours" is misleading because that doesnt include breaks. Me and my buddy did the ride hung over and with only a bowl of cereal for breakfast (not reccomended!) and it took us 6 hours and we only got a little lost due to lack of sunlight on the last mile. I didnt have GPS and the turn by turn directions were 97% accurate and very well written. J Drop was not fun... the most punishing terrain was saved for last when we were wasted!

Rough day..couple of crashes and a lot of soreness.
Beautiful Day for a ride though.
Great route, Hectic & Squirrel cage are pretty chewed up since the rains a couple weeks ago.
Super slow ride for us due to 3 crashes, 2 Flat Tires, several minor chain issues etc...Still a great way to kick off the New Year!
About 38 minutes to top of Sullivan Canyon. Great run, awesome mix of single, double & fire roads. Rode with Clay & Mychael.
