Here is a short but dazzlingly beautiful ride through the Judean foothills along the south side of Kisalon Valley then finishes with an all-descending finale in the valley. The ride begins at Highway 38, climbs toward the east, and peaks at Kibbutz Tzuba where you can go inside, visit a real-live kibbutz and get refreshments. It then plunges down into Kisalon Valley for a fun downhill back to the parking lot. DIRECTIONS: From Highway 1 exit at the Bet Shemesh exit taking Highway 38 south. Make a LEFT at road 395, make a U-turn back to Highway 38 north. The parking lot is on the RIGHT.

Descended the new Ein Limon extension from Tzoba. Also rode the new Ein Limon descent to the Kisalon Valley. This is far more technical than any other segment.

Cycled up a level higher than the Southern Kisalon Trail, then crossed over the road cycling to the village of Kisalon. Road the southern Ein Rafa trail in the opposite direction (much better direction) with the group of 11 and then down Kisalon Valley.

Overcast and chilly just before the rain on a solo ride. Cut at the green trail to explore the circumference of Givat Mish.

Another rainy day so where else to ride? Turned out to be awesome - descending a 3rd trail parallel to Kisalon for part of the way down with a group of 6.

Weather service promised miserable and cold. Turned out to be a great solo ride.
