chain fell off middle ring pedalling my ASS off up hill at speed. Crashed and burned. New drive train has been awesome for 200 miles. Suspension bob toss it off? That shit is deadly and now I'm freaked.

This has been some day. Started with a 1.5 mile swim in the ocean at 8 AM. The ride was overcast and not to warm. Saw one other rider two times. Life is good.

Very pleasant ride. Warm yet cool, strong ocean breezes. Rode with Robert Zimmeran the intire ride

Very pleasant mid afternoon ride. At start of ride temp was 80 degrees and there were constan breezes. Large swells were impressive from the hills. No snakes or other riders
