Rode with Ralph F today. He's still fighting a cold so went kinda slow but kept a moderate pace. Heard a mountain lion had been seen a few times this past week near the flag, but no sightings today by us or anybody we saw on the trail. Got back before the heat so a great ride.

Solo ride in cloudy and cool conditions. Tons of folks out today, especially at 4 Corners on the return - about 40 bikers. Felt great all day. Garmin only registered 14.5 miles for some reason so adjusted it accordingly.

Cruising thru Borrego was kinda strange due to the hundreds of mosquitoes just flying around. The rest of the ride was nice and The Luge including STT is in great shape. Saw 2 dudes on motorbikes coming down from Old Camp area. Very fun ride.

Sunday morning ride with Mark, Kevin and Ron. Pretty hot even in the morning. Mark tried to kill me climbing to the flag. Even with bruised ribs and riding a heavy downhill bike, Kevin was right behind us.

Quick spin after work. Mellow pace and great weather.
