This trail is a must...if you like really good, flowing, fast, smooth/perfect 1 track. There are a few technical sections, but very few...Climb sixish miles up the nearly flawless #305 trail (Lynx Lake) to the top, and descend almost half of that on the way up! Constant paybacks for climbs. What a blast, and no horses-- one reason, besides trail work/adoption, it is so nice! Just watch for peds and cars as you have to cross several campsite roads.

11/07/16 My welcome back to Prescott ride. It's been a few years since I've done this Lynx Lake route and I wasn't sure if I would get this in as they were starting a controlled burn... but it all worked out. Great trail, great temps, great ride!
11/27/09 What an amazing trial! Went at it solo but ran into a few local riders that were really friendly. Riding through the pine forest was a highlite, and the pay back for the climbs was a treat. Elevation was a equalizer for the lack of ascent on this gem, I found myself huffing and puffing on mild climbs but at almost 6,ooo ft I felt a little better about all the crap I stuffed into my pie hole yesterday...
