Nice out and back in North County San Diego. Don't know why it is called Frank's peak, but it is. Frank's Peak is southeast of Twin Peaks, and right next to Mt.Whitney (which has satellite dishes). There is a variety of fireroads, from well groomed to rock infested, and from 8% to 26% grade. Please stay on the route, the few people that live on the journey to Frank's don't want intruders/trespassers.

Nice challenging climbing and amazing views, super clear day. Took Mr. Stone with me and he got about 1/3 of it done. He definitely hurt my time but good to have someone to ride with.
