Crazy wind literally turned me around on TCR. Really tired and not into it until the top of Trabuco. Finally felt better heading down Bell. Good times with Tom and Ben.

Great day for this loop. Salamanders on Trabuco, gnats and flies were out but not too bad, beautiful small fox about 5 feet in front of me on Bell. Clean again to the diving board on CSB, maybe I'll nut up and go off one of these days, IDK. Good times with Tom, Brian, Mark, Matt, Frank, and Greg.

Traction was good on Trabuco Trail. Bell was cold and a little slippery in a couple spots up high. Rode out through the houses in Robinson Ranch after dropping BGR to avoid the mess on TCR. Good times.

Rode up on a mountain lion on Bell, right at the bottom of the last hike-a-bike on Bell, after the Yeager turn off. From a distance I initially thought it was a huge bobcat. Once I saw the tail I yelled to Ben so he wouldn't miss it. We watched it continue up the trail a short distance and got a real good look. What a lucky day. Other Comments

Excellent conditions today after the rain on Thursday. Great ride with Tom, Eric, James, Carl, Brian, Matt, and Andrew. Ran into Brian E. and his crew heading up Trabuco as well. Fun times!

Expected the day to get warmer than it did and have more bugs but the weather was excellent. Started with Mark, Brian, Tom and Dave. Dave turned around at the top of Trabuco. Bell is really getting overgrown and there is brush and weeds starting to hide the trail in spots. Tom keeps testing to see if his clavicle is fully healed, not by choice. Other Comments

Good to see Scott, John, Dave and Ben (too bad you are injured Ben you will like Bell). Rode Bell with Mark, Brian, Matt and Greg. We ran into Ned and Keith heading the wrong direction on Bell...up. Good to see everyone at Rose's when we finished (E, Ned, Larry, Chip, Gene, Keith). Nice reroute At the bottom.

Started with Brian and ran into Dave W., Steve T., Greg G., Ned and a couple others. Ned joined us for the trip down Bell and we caught up to Greg, who was waiting at the flag, for the final stretch down into civilization.

Carl made CSB look easy, just missing the last turn at the bottom. We started with Mark but he had to turn back at the top of Trabuco. Good to see Travis, Eric F and OTB_again when we finished.

BGR on the other hand was back to usual - loose, rutted and tough. We didn't even come close to cleaning it today. Scratches, crashes but only limited bloodshed. Good ride with the Dude.

I felt like crap going up Trabuco, and the hike-a-bikes as well (HR crazy high too ??). Felt good on the descents though :) trobe1 and Hippydude had a solid pace all day. Tom lost his crank bolt heading up Trabuco and had to turn around. Josh was charging Bell and found his way into the brush on the top. I managed to get saved by a bush on BGR. Bell and BGR were a little slick in a couple areas but overall conditions were good. Always fun riding with Brian and Eric. Tried a makeshift helmet mount for the camera. Lots of video but ran out of memory on BGR and what would have been the best footage. Good to see Doug and Bobby when we finished.

Lots of frost and leaves covering the trail in spots. Then it was over to Pinos and San Juan. The finish was classic. We were pretty sure it was going to get dark on us but we had some emergency lights if we needed them. Chased the sun down Bell before for seeing it dip behind Catalina. Made it to the bottom with barely enough light to see in the dirt. Amazing day. Thanks a ton Eric! I enjoyed your company. Other Comments

Pushed after "can't see bottom" to the end. Drove over and enjoyed the Project Rwanda festivities afterward. Good to see everyone having a great time for a good cause.

Bell is loose, as expected, this time of year. Mark missed the turn off to Bell but luckily turned around because we thought he was still in front of us. A couple flats today but no major crashes, scratches or bloodshed. We took the BGR singletrack at the end.

I think we started with 21 people. We had 19 by the time we reached CSB and I think about half tried to ride it. 3 cleared the whole thing, a few more made it with only a dab. Fun to watch. A nice way to finish a great year of riding.
