Very famous Shuttle Ride in the Santa Barbara area, with 250 feet of total ascent and 4750 feet descent in 6 1/2 miles this tells you to bring at list 5" of travel front and rear , full face helmet and lots of skills if you wand to clear the whole thing, Watch for hikers as the trail situation is "fragile" in Santa Barbara. You must have a bell attached to your bike in order to ride in this area.

spookydave10/15/07Hey, with only 22' of ascent how hard can it be? lol
mtnbikej04/15/07Great ride.....did this along with Cold Springs.
mtnbikej04/15/07Since Cold Springs is not on here.....add this to it. Even though Cold Springs longer.
mtnbikej11/19/06Very Fun ride today. Don't ride stuff like this that often. This trail is not long, but do to the amount of extremely technical riding there is...should be worth more than 11 points.
mtnbikej11/19/062 run, acutally did Coldsprings Trail, but very similar to Tunnel, just a bit more flow than chunk.
mtnbikej11/19/06Very technical trail. Yeah it is a shuttle, but you will be worked. Think 6 miles of rock gardens. Think the most rocky sections of San Juan Trail and multiply by 100, then put them back to back to back all the way down the trail.
animaltico09/11/06great ride .. very technical !!
