Hikers galore in Whiting, out enjoying the day. Who needs some jerk MTB'r rudely barging through, eh? Yeah, that's not me. I try to be a good ambassador of the sport, and have some fun too. Out on STT, nobody, well, one other rider way out in front, I could see his silhouette on Goat Hill. Today, better him than me. I was fine with dropping on down the Luge to my land of beer and burgers. Feeling much more better now, Great Ride!
Pretty sweet riding with my buddies, J&S. Casual pace on a gorgeous twilight evening. Great Ride!
I kind of like the wet and wild sandy Borrego trail. It's a little bit harder and a lot more interesting (love the sunken bridge, or overtaken by sand, whichever, it's different). Easy to say knowing I plan to replace the drivetrain real soon, hehe. Out on STT, what can i say? - just a peaceful blissful twilight cruise, really nice tonight. The usual routine - dropped the Luge before it got dark, ran the flashers down Live Oak as the remnants of the day dissipated into darkness, rolled in to the garage just moments before real dark. That's just how we do it around here. Great Ride!
Ahhh... good ol' Whiting is back in all its green splendor, wet, sandy drivetrain destroying creek crossings. A real treat I tell ya. Out on STT, pure bliss and a damned fine sunset too. Luge is in fine shape thanks to the dedicated hard work of folks other than me. Ran the flashers all the way home, and rolled in to the garage just as it got dark for real. T'was a Great Ride it was!
