Definitely NOT for beginners. There is a good 2 miles of very hard technical uphill. I was humbled to say the least. You are rewarded with 6 miles of downhill at the end which is the best downhill I've ever done. Just watch your speed if you are a newbie like me. | |

I went over my handle bars once, leaving a nice gash in my knee. Keep an eye out for the branches and brush when trying to pick a line through the rocky sections. My right arm got pretty scraped up and bruised even with wearing long sleeves.(looks like I lost a fight)
